Inclusion Criteria
1) Adult patients aged between 21 and 55 years.
2) Patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patient refusal to give consent.
2 Patients with significant acute or chronic lung disease, pathology of the neck or upper respiratory tract,Patients with cervical spine disease or trauma.
3 Patients those undergoing head and neck surgeries.
•Patients with increased risk of aspiration [hiatus hernia, gastroesophageal reflux disease, full stomach, obese patients , pregnant patients.
•ASA grade III and IV.
•Laproscopic surgeries.
