Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Adult patients aged between 21 and 55 years.
- •2\) Patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Patient refusal to give consent.
- •2 Patients with significant acute or chronic lung disease, pathology of the neck or upper respiratory tract,Patients with cervical spine disease or trauma.
- •3 Patients those undergoing head and neck surgeries.
- •Patients with increased risk of aspiration \[hiatus hernia, gastroesophageal reflux disease, full stomach, obese patients , pregnant patients.
- •ASA grade III and IV.
- •Laproscopic surgeries.
