Have 18 years of age or older. To present a single gingival recession in the buccal surface in at least two contralateral quadrants in the maxilla or mandible. Also considered are individuals who present more than one gingival retraction in the same hemiarco, but not adjacent ones. To possess Miller class I gingival recessions. Have good visible plaque control (visible plaque index <20%).
Present active periodontal disease. Possessing systemic disorder or being on drug therapy that interferes with healing, such as uncontrolled diabetes, blood dyskinesia, the use of steroids or high doses of anti-inflammatories. Have allergy to collagen. Smoking. Pregnancy. Teeth that present non-carious or carious cervical lesion, prosthetic crowns and prominent radicular surface.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary endpoint of this clinical trial will be the reduction of gingival recession in millimeters 06 months after the surgical procedure, determined though periodontal probing at the beginning and at the end of the study, in order to verify a difference of at least 2,0 mm.
