Inclusion criteria was the status of a manager / executive working at in first or second hierarchy and senior management level. During the screening process all subjects are examined medically to be
certificated as physically fit and attested no health concerns prior to performance tests.
No manager status, underage, no involvement in elite sport, attested cardio vascular, pulmonary, metabolic or orthopaedic diseases and injuries of the musculosceletal system within the last 6 months prior to the study

Name Time Method Physiological parameter (pulse wave velocity via pulse wave analysis, body composition via BIA-scale, blood values via blood sample, physical performance via exhaustion test on a stationary bicycle and exhaustion running test) and psychological (self-perceived life quality, health, endurance, performance and fitness via questionnaire SF-12 and questionnaire of Predel et al. (in preparation)) health data are measured prae, 16 weeks post and 10 months post intervention.
