Inclusion Criteria

- Close femoral neck fracture and intertrochanteric fracture
- Age > 50 year
- Low energy trauma
- No contraindication for surgery

Exclusion Criteria

- Delay surgery more than 72 hours
- Previous history of retained urine catheter
- Pathological fracture
- Deny for surgery
- History of urinary tract infection
- Neurologic or psychological problems
- Poor control diabetes (Hb A1C >= 7)
- End-stage renal disease
- On immunosuppressive medication
- Problem with early ambulation
