1) Former school-age to elementary school children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-5 (DSM-5)
2) Children who fully understood the purpose of the study and agreed to participate in the study.
3) Children who can understand and perform instructions for exercise and evaluation
1) Children who do not meet the selection/exclusion criteria.
2) Children who have difficulty communicating and having difficulty in conducting classes.
3) Children who have difficulty moving for aerobic exercise.
