Inclusion Criteria
- Patients aged 18 years and above;<br>2. Lower back pain >= 3 months, and VAS > 4 points;<br>3. No physical therapy intervention was received within 3 months before the trial began;<br>4. Do not use painkillers, sleeping pills and hormone drugs within a week;<br>5. Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- Specific low back pain (tumor, infection, metabolic disease, rheumatoid arthritis, fracture); <br>2. Spinal deformities (spondylolisthesis, isthmus, or scoliosis); <br>3. Pain below the knee; <br>4. Extra-spinal diseases (such as vascular and urogenital diseases); <br>5. History of lumbar spine surgery; <br>6. Severe cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease or other serious diseases affecting survival, etc., received other rehabilitation treatment within the past month; <br>7. Low back pain with 2 or more other parts pain; <br>8. Pregnancy; <br>9. Neurological disorder: history of brain surgery, brain tumor, seizure, stroke or intracranial metal implant.
