Patients over 18 years with suspected obstructive sleep apnea; apnea index more than 5 and less than 30 in PolySomnography; BMI below 35; No treatment for obstructive sleep apnea; Report obstruction at the level of the soft palate and the back of the palate and tonsils in larynx and nasal endoscopy and desire to participate in the study
exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years; AHI(Apnea–hypopnea index) = 30; previous history palate surgery; radiation of the head and neck; dysmorphic face or craniofacial syndromes; Class 4 and 5 American Society of Anesthesiologist; severe depression; mental instability; Pregnant patients; illiterate patients and Individuals wishing to relocate.
