- Waiting for surgery more than 4 weeks
1.History of medroxyprogesterone acetate allergy
2.Evidence of extrauterine cancer
3.history of breast cancer
4.hepatic disease
5.defined as persistent systolic blood pressure > 170 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg
6.osteoporosia, anorexia nervosa, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic glucocorticoid use
7. Using other progesterone drugs such as contraceptive drugs, injected or IUDs within 6 weeks before diagnosed of endometrial cancer
8. Venous thromboembolism;VTE
9. breast mass by physical examination or abnormal mammogram
