Name Time Method To investigate the effect of morning light exposure on postprandial insulin excursions, postprandial free fatty acid (FFA) excursions, postprandial triglyceride levels, morning glucocorticoid increase, morning salivary melatonin decrease and measurements of skin temperature decrease and heart rate variability.
