Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
1)Male and Female participants, between the age group of 18 years to 60 yrs.
2)Participants who are willing to give written, signed and dated informed consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Participants below the age of 18yrs
2. Any condition that is considered unfit for study may interfere with the study
3.Participants with a history of chronic respiratory Distress, CVS problems, red blood disorders.
4.Participants on regular medication

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Association of Prakriti with the bala, Respiratory parameters like respiratory rate, spirometery parameters- EVC, EPV. Complete Haemogram will be obtained. <br/ ><br>The outcome of this study is scientific and practical scrutiny of ancient thought of bala. This study will further show the bala across various prakriti <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1. CTRI approval and study initiation -15days (baseline) <br/ ><br>2. Data collection- 3months <br/ ><br>from study initiation with Prakriti assessment Will be done using CCRAS Prakriti assessment scale. 1-3months(after approval) <br/ ><br>2.Respiratory parameters using spirometer, CVS, Bala examination with questionnaire , Blood will be taken from volunteers for haemogram.(1-3 months after approval) <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Data cleaning and analysis and reporting -1month(after completing data collection).
