Inclusion Criteria

The participants in this study were stage III and IV colorectal cancer, with histopathological results of adenocarcinoma obtained by biopsy and were willing to receive adjuvant chemotherapy with Capecitabine + Oxaliplatin.

Exclusion Criteria

We excluded damaged tissue sample, drop-out patients from chemotherapy follow-up, and pathology results of signet ring cell carcinoma and mucinous carcinoma.
