1. Aged 13-30 years, no gender limit.
2. Investigation Global Assessment (IGA) score is level 3 (moderate) or level 4 (severe).
3. Symptoms have been on for more than 6 months.
4. Have a certain level of reading comprehension and be able to complete questionnaires independently.
5. Patients did not use acne drugs, such as oral, topical or traditional Chinese medicine, within 4 weeks before entering the group.
6. Those who did not participate in other clinical studies within 1 month and guaranteed not to participate in other clinical studies during this study period.
1. Pregnant and lactating women, women who have the desire to give birth in the past 2 months.
2. Have a history of mental illness.
3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
4. Cardiovascular, endocrine, hematopoietic system, immune system and other primary diseases.
5. Drug-induced acne and occupational acne.
6. Patients who are unwilling to cooperate with acupuncture treatment.
