Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients of either sex undergoing upper limb surgery under ultrasound guided supraclavicular nerve block.
- •2\. Age between 18\-60 years.
- •3\. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with:
- •1\. Diabetes mellitus.
- •2\. Peripheral vascular disease.
- •3\. Allergy to local anaesthetics.
- •4\. Use of medications like alpha and beta blocker drugs.
- •5\. Local site infection.
- •6\. Refusal to consent.
