Inclusion Criteria
Patients with American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I and II, planned for surgery under spinal anaesthesia in lithotomy position.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having
Contra-indications to spinal anaesthesia
Heart block/ Dysarrhthymia
Morbid obesity
Vertebral deformities
History of neuromuscular disease to lower extremities
Allergy to formulations ingredients
Chronic pain syndromes (taking opioids, anti depressants, anticonvulsants
Will not be included in the study.
