Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I and II, planned for surgery under spinal anaesthesia in lithotomy position.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients having
- •Contra\-indications to spinal anaesthesia
- •Heart block/ Dysarrhthymia
- •Morbid obesity
- •Vertebral deformities
- •History of neuromuscular disease to lower extremities
- •Allergy to formulations ingredients
- •Chronic pain syndromes (taking opioids, anti depressants, anticonvulsants
- •Will not be included in the study.
