Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with American society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I and II, planned for surgery under spinal anaesthesia in lithotomy position.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients having
  • •Contra\-indications to spinal anaesthesia
  • •Heart block/ Dysarrhthymia
  • •Morbid obesity
  • •Vertebral deformities
  • •History of neuromuscular disease to lower extremities
  • •Allergy to formulations ingredients
  • •Chronic pain syndromes (taking opioids, anti depressants, anticonvulsants
  • •Will not be included in the study.
