- •3. Freezing of gait questionnaire ( scoring 1-4 )
- •4. Diagnosed as Parkinsons disease

- •1.Bed ridden patient
- •2.Wheelchair bond patient
- •3.People with PD having lower limb musculoskeletal problem eg.Fracture
- •4.Other severe neurological disease.
