Patients age between 2-8 years
Undergoing tonsillectomy/adenotonsillectomy
Under general anesthesia with oral preformed tracheal tube
Exclusion Criteria
History of tracheostomy
Hisotry of tracheal stenosis of upper airway obstruction
Anticipated difficult airway such as Pierr Robin Syndrome
Patients with Down's syndrome
