a.Adults aged between 20 and 45 years
b.Gender Both Male and Female
c.BMI - 25-35 kg/m2
a)Subjects enrolled in professional/supervised weight reduction program in last 12 months
b)Diabetic patients (Fasting plasma glucose > 126mg/dL)
c)Pregnant women
d)Subjects with inability or with restrictions to participate in a regular physical activity program
e)Subjects with any low grade chronic inflammatory diseases
f)Self- reported/previously diagnosed renal, hepatic & thyroid disorder
g)Subjects on vitamin D supplementation from last 3 months i.e 1000 IU
h)Subjects with heavy alcohol consumption ( >3 drinks/day) and smoking ( >2cigrettes/day)
