Sciatica, If SLR(Straight leg raise) will Positive
Exclusion Criteria
Age < 18 years and > 60 years.
traumatic injury.
Bone tumour.
CA Spine.
Tuberculosis of vertebral column.
Fibrosis of sacral ligaments.
Lumber spinal stenosis.
Severe radiological changes.
Over weight , Pregnancy
Case which require surgical intervention.
Patient suffering from uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, cardio vascular diseases and any other systemic disorders
