Inclusion Criteria
Patient aged 15-35 years
Patients requiring extraction of upper first premolar
Patients undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment using MBT prescription brackets
Exclusion Criteria
Medically compromised patients
Patients under NSAIDs that would hinder orthodontic tooth movement.
Patients with severe crowding.
