American Society of Anaesthesiologists grade I to III patients scheduled for percutaneous nephrolithotomy under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

Patient refusal to give consent, local site infection, allergy to study medications, coagulopathy or patient on anticoagulants

Primary Outcome Measures

Time taken for first analgesic request by patient after end of surgeryTimepoint: post operative period, whenever patient demands first analgesic dose. The time difference from end of surgery to request of analgesic first time for pain in postoperative period.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Postoperative pain at rest and at movement on Visual analogue score, total analgesic consumption in 24 hours, patient satisfaction and side effectsTimepoint: Pain scores(at rest and on movement) will be assessed in post operative period every 2 hours.Patient satisfaction and Total analgesic consumption will be assessed at 24 hours from end of surgery. Side effects in first 24 hours will be recorded.
