American Society of Anaesthesiologists grade I to III patients scheduled for percutaneous nephrolithotomy under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal to give consent, local site infection, allergy to study medications, coagulopathy or patient on anticoagulants

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Time taken for first analgesic request by patient after end of surgeryTimepoint: post operative period, whenever patient demands first analgesic dose. The time difference from end of surgery to request of analgesic first time for pain in postoperative period.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Postoperative pain at rest and at movement on Visual analogue score, total analgesic consumption in 24 hours, patient satisfaction and side effectsTimepoint: Pain scores(at rest and on movement) will be assessed in post operative period every 2 hours.Patient satisfaction and Total analgesic consumption will be assessed at 24 hours from end of surgery. Side effects in first 24 hours will be recorded.
