Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Periodontitis patients of Stage II and Stage III, Grade B \& C (2017 Classification).
  • •2\.Age\- 25 to 55 years.
  • •3\.A probing pocket depth of \>5mm with clinical attachment loss of \>3mm.
  • •4\.Full mouth plaque score(FMPS) of \<20%.
  • •5\.Full mouth gingival bleeding score (FMBS)of \<20%.
  • •6\.Isolated intrabony defects.
  • •7\.Defect depth of \>3mm

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases
  • •2\. Patients under systemic antibiotics for last 6 months.
  • •3\. Pregnancy or lactating women
  • •4\. Smokers
  • •5\. Patients with malocclusion, traumatic occlusion.
  • •6\. Grade II and grade III furcation involvement.
  • •7\. Presence of mobility.
