入选标准
- •1.Periodontitis patients of Stage II and Stage III, Grade B & C (2017 Classification).
- •2.Age- 25 to 55 years.
- •3.A probing pocket depth of >5mm with clinical attachment loss of >3mm.
- •4.Full mouth plaque score(FMPS) of <20%.
- •5.Full mouth gingival bleeding score (FMBS)of <20%.
- •6.Isolated intrabony defects.
- •7.Defect depth of >3mm
排除标准
- •1.Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases
- •2. Patients under systemic antibiotics for last 6 months.
- •3. Pregnancy or lactating women
- •4. Smokers
- •5. Patients with malocclusion, traumatic occlusion.
- •6. Grade II and grade III furcation involvement.
- •7. Presence of mobility.
