1. Women in their reproductive age; between 18 and 49 years.
2. Those willing to participate and provide informed consent to the study protocol
3. Women who consent to all of the study procedures.
4.Pregnant or lactating women who are willing to participate and provide informed consent according to the study protocol will be included as well
Women who are severely anaemic and with underlying chronic health conditions, under medications or diagnosed with known medical conditions affecting iron metabolism will be excluded from the study.
