- •Patients giving written and informed consent will be taken
- •All patients with complex anal fistula
- •1 High trans sphincteric fistula (external sphincter involved >30%)
- •2 Suprasphincteric fistula
- •3 Horseshoe fistula
排除标准
- •1 Presence of anorectal abscess
- •2 Simple fistula
- •3 Low interpshincteric fistula
- •4 Low trans-sphincteric fistula(external sphincter involves <30%)
- •5 Extra sphincteric fistula
- •6 Secondary fistula â??tuberculosis, crohns disease, malignancy, HIV
- •7 Patient not giving consent
