Inclusion Criteria
Patient with senile cataract which needed surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with significant superfacial eye disease.
Patient with systemic rheumatologic disease.
Diabetic patient.
Use of medicines which cause dry eye.
History of long term use of topical eye drops like glaucoma medicines.
