Inclusion Criteria

People with chronic pain in the musculoskeletal system who require interdisciplinary multimodal pain therapy and have a hypermobility syndrome, previous outpatient treatment methods that have not been successful or have only been successful in the short term, written consent to participate in the study, sufficient knowledge of German and ability to understand and process the questionnaires and instruction material.

Exclusion Criteria

Participation in other studies, lack of group compatibility, inadequate physical capacity for the physical exercise program content, physical or mental illnesses that hinder therapy (e.g. significant internal illnesses or psychotic symptoms), clear conflict of interest between requesting a pension and alleviating symptoms, serious organic cause of pain (e.g. tumor, fracture, inflammation), pregnancy.

The primary dependent variable is pain intensity. Recorded in the self-report as a diary item at all points of measurement (day 1 - day 56). (How would you rate your pain today? 0 no pain to 10 worst pain imaginable).
