入选标准
- •1.Confirmed cases of type 2 Diabetes mellitus patients according to American Diabetes Association(ADA)/European Association of Study of Diabetes criteria(EASD) ( Fasting Blood glucose (FBS) ââ?°Â¥126mg/dl and Post-Prandial blood glucose ââ?°Â¥200 mg/dl, HbA1c ââ?°Â¥6.5).
- •2.Patient already on diabetic treatment.
排除标准
- •1.Patients of acute and chronic infections
- •2.Connective tissue disease
- •3.Seriously ill patients
- •4.Inability to give informed consent
- •5.History of viral infections in the last one year
- •6.Patients with claims for myalgia, myositis and myopathy
- •7.Cancer,Pulmonary tuberculosis
- •8.Haemolytic disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)
- •9.Bronchial Asthma ,Rheumatoid arthritis
- •Additional Exclusion Criteria for subgroup 1B and 2B (Patients of type 2 Diabetes mellitus without complications group)
- •1.Micro vascular Complications
- •2.Proliferative or pre-proliferative retinopathy
- •3.Nephropathy including micro-albuminuria, Known or suspected
- •4.Autonomic neuropathy
- •5.Advanced nephropathy with renal failure
