Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Subject with normal or corrected to normal vision
- •2\. Subject who are having basic computer literate to the extend of using keyboard to respond
- •3\. Subject with no previous mindfulness, yoga or any other meditation experience. (Except for long term yoga practice group)
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Subjects with the known history of mental disorder(s) in the past 2 years or psychotropic medications
- •2\. Subjects with known history of blood/injury/ injection phobia
