A)Healthy individuals with Active Lifestyle
1.Light intensity exercise â?? 30mins brisk walking/day for last 6 months
2.Moderate intensity exercise - 5times/week3for last 6 months
3.High intensity exercise - 3 times/week3for last 6 months
B)Healthy individuals with Sedentary Lifestyle
1.Sitting â?? 8-10 hrs/ day for last 6months
2.Walking â?? less than 30mins/day for last 6months
1.Smokers.
2.Individuals having hypertension, diabetes milletus, ischemic heart disease or any other significant medical disease affecting the haemodynamic response.
3.Individuals with any visual impairment that would interfere with reading the dial.
