Inclusion Criteria
Patients willing for implant therapy
Systemically Healthy Individuals
Buccal bone thickness less than 1mm
presence of mandibular or maxillary teeth to be extracted because of an endodontic failure, caries, or root fracture;
Patients having integrity of extraction socket walls after tooth extraction.
Full-Mouth Plaque Score (FMPS) and Full-Mouth Bleeding Score (FMBS) <= 25% at baseline; and
Presence of at least 2 mm of keratinized tissue to allow flap management.
