Physiotherapists, occupational therapists and caregivers who have worked in direct contact with neurological patients in the respective setting in Austria for at least seven years or who have currently been caring for neurological patients in the respective setting in Austria for at least seven years. Minimum age 25.
Physiotherapists, occupational therapists and caregivers without sufficient knowledge of the German language or with pre-existing illnesses before the start of the training (e.g. musculoskeletal disorders, psychiatric or neurological disorders, etc.).

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The primary aim of the work is to investigate the type of manual transfer between bed and wheelchair performed by physiotherapists, occupational therapists and caregivers working in the neurology setting.<br>The study is carried out in a two-stage process as a quantitative questionnaire survey followed by a qualitative telephone survey.<br>Phase 1 is a semi-structured survey of experts from the neurological field (physiotherapists, occupational therapists and nurses) in Austria, with a duration of 30-45 minutes. The questionnaires are sent to the experts by mail or e-mail and returned by mail or digitally returned via secure data transmission (e.g. signal).<br>Phase 2 is a telephone interview with open questions (duration approximately 45 minutes).<br><br>Phase 1 will be carried out in the period from 02/01/2021 to 05/01/2021. Phase 2 will start with a delay, after the first written questionnaire has been received, and will end by 30.06.2021 at the latest.
