Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American society of Anesthesiologist physical status 1 and 2
- •Scheduled for surgeries of the shoulder and arm
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal
- •Preexisting diaphragmatic dysfunction
- •Moderate to severe pulmonary disease
- •Preexisting neurological deficits in upper limb
- •Allergy to the drugs used in the study
- •Inability to obtain proper view of the diaphragm
