Inclusion Criteria
- •Surgical patients undergoing elective craniotomy
- •Able to answer the questionnaire with fully consciousness and good cognitive function
Exclusion Criteria
- •-Alternation of level of consciousness or Glasgow Coma Scores (GCS) <15 after surgery
- •-Impaired cognitive function after surgery
- •-Emergency craniotomy
- •-Unable to communication or unable to complete the questionnaire
- •-Patient suffered from chronic persistent headache attributed craniotomy
