Inclusion Criteria
Surgical patients undergoing elective craniotomy
Able to answer the questionnaire with fully consciousness and good cognitive function
Exclusion Criteria
-Alternation of level of consciousness or Glasgow Coma Scores (GCS) <15 after surgery
-Impaired cognitive function after surgery
-Emergency craniotomy
-Unable to communication or unable to complete the questionnaire
-Patient suffered from chronic persistent headache attributed craniotomy
