Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.All CKD patients with GFR less than 60ml undergoing surgery at NU Hospitals Bangalore and Deenath Mangeshkar Hospital and Research Center Pune

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients who do not give consent for the study
  • 2\.Patients lost for follow up
  • 3\.Patientâ??s undergoing surgery under Local anaesthesia
  • 4\.CKD Stage 1\&2
