Inclusion Criteria
1.Moderate to very severe COPD Global Initiative Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) guidelines (GOLD guidelines, 2014)
2.Good communication
Exclusion Criteria
1.Musculoskeletal abnormalities i.e. upper/lower limb fracture, amputee.
2.Neurological abnormalities i.e. paralysis, dementia
3.Cognitive or communication difficulties, being unable to complete a questionnaire or keep a diary of physical activity.
