1. Patients undergoing decompression surgery for spinal stenosis at the hospital from the IRB approval date until each 20 patients are enrolled
2. Subjects who voluntarily consent to written consent
1. Patients with secondary benefits (work accident, auto insurance, etc.)
2. Patients with serious comorbidities
3. Patients who cannot be followed during the study period (moving, etc.)
4. Patients with contraindications to analgesic intramuscular drugs
5. Patients participating in an interventional study during the study period
6. A patient who inserts an internal fixation for additional fixation in decompression surgery
7. Those who have difficulty filling out questionnaires voluntarily due to communication difficulties
