- •- Chronic diseases: Diabetes mellitus, untreated hypertension (>160/95 mmHg), untreated hormonal diseases (e.g. hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism), chronic liver diseases (e.g. HBV, HCV), autoimmune diseases (rheumatism, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease), chronic infections (e.g. HIV), cardiovascular disease, tumor disease, diverticulosis,

- •- Allergy or sensitivity to the study products,
- •- Current dietary fibre supplementation
