- Patient who has been diagnosed with end-stage chronic kidney disease and is treated with peritoneal dialysis Patients under the Peritoneal Dialysis Outcomes and Practice Patterns Study Thailand: PDOPPS
- Age 18 years up
- able to speak, read, write and understand Thai
- There is a key maintainer as defined
- Both the patient and the primary caregiver must be voluntary and agree to cooperate in answering the questionnaire.
