Inclusion Criteria
1)Diagnosis of Ph positive CML patients in chronic phase (CP) .
2)Patients on imatinib or nilotinib first line therapy for minimum six month duration.
3)Patientâ??s age must be of greater than 18 years .
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients with a history of another primary malignancy that is clinical significant or requires active intervention.
2)Patients unwilling to give the informed consent or unable to comply with the protocol.
3)Patients who are on any antidepressants are also excluded.
