1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
2. Those who have not taken thyroxine drugs within 3 weeks before seeing a doctor.
3. Free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) were normal.
4. Aged between 18-70 years, and the gender is not limited.
5. The patient has no serious heart, liver, renal insufficiency and other systemic infections.
6. The patient has no other genetic diseases, infectious diseases, no malignant tumors, and no severe malnutrition.
7. Patients gave informed consent and participated voluntarily.
1. Those who have taken immunomodulators or immunosuppressants within 3 months, combined with other thyroid diseases and autoimmune diseases.
2. Patients with combined tumors or other serious diseases with a short expected survival period.
3. Those who have other serious underlying diseases of lung and brain.
4. Pregnant or lactating patients.
5. Alcohol or drug addicts.
6. Patients with psychiatric disorders.
