入选标准
- •Volunteers of both genders; aged between 18 and 80 years; diagnosis of type 2 diabetes confirmed for at least five years; taking oral antidiabetics; with HbA1c values between 6.5 and 8.0%; preserved cognitive functions.
排除标准
- •Volunteers with cinnamon allergy; Patients who use another herbal medicine for diabetes treatment; Patients using cinnamon for diabetes treatment; Patients diagnosed with alcoholic liver disease, cirrhosis or abnormal basal liver function; Patients on insulin therapy; Women breastfeeding, pregnant or on contraceptives; Patients with heart, liver or respiratory failure; Patients with bleeding disorders and who are taking coumarin derivatives.
