Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Idiopathic PD patients aged 50\-80years of age presenting with FOG
- •2\. Modified Hoehn \& Yahr scale 1\.5\-3
- •3\. On Stable dopaminergic medicine for past 3 months
- •4\. The mini\-mental state examination (MMSE) questionnaire score \> 24 points
- •5\. Informed written consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of brain tumour, stroke, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy or seizure in lifetime
- •2\. History of major depression, psychosis, dementia (MMSEââ?°Â¤24\)
- •3\. Implanted pacemaker, intra\-cardiac lines, pumps or stimulators, or metallic foreign bodies inside the eye or skull (Dental fillings and braces are allowed)
- •4\. Pregnancy (negative UPT in 2 weeks)
- •5\. History of exposure to rTMS in the past
