1. Age 25–45 years, (both inclusive)
2. Body mass index (BMI) 18.5 to 25 kg/m2
3. AMH <1.2 ngm/dl .
1. Any existing uncontrolled medical illness such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Thyroid disorder.
2. History of smoking within 3 months.
3. Use of any androgen preparations like DHEA within 3 months of stimulation.
4. Congenital uterine anomaly.
5. Ovarian cyst.
6. Pelvic or systemic inflammatory disease.
7. Involved in intensive weight loosing or athletic activities other than usual activities.
