Inclusion Criteria

AGE 12 TO 45 YEARS OF AGE

PATIENTS PRESENTING WITH COMPLAINTS OF PAPULES,PUSTULES AND NODULES

PATIENTS WILLING TO PARTICIPATE

PATIENTS WILLING TO GIVE INFORMED AND WRITTEN CONSENT

Exclusion Criteria

Age less than 12 years and greater than 45 years of age

Grade 1 and 4 acne

Irregular cycles

Liver Dysfunction

Renal Dysfunction

Hypersensitivity

Pregnancy

Planning for pregnancy

Breastfeeding

Patients who were treated recently with anti acne medications

Primary Outcome Measures

The expected outcome would be reduction in the number of papules,pustules and nodules.Timepoint: It will be assessed at the initial visit,then after 2 weeks when patient comes for follow up and then after 4 weeks which is the final visit, all of which will be completed on 24th february 2021.

sing this study,we can also assess if there are occurrence of any new side effects of the drug Lymecycline,at 1 week and 3 weeks durationTimepoint: The effect of the Lymecycline and Doxycycline on the acne lesions at 1 week and 3 weeks can also be assessed.We can also see for drug interactions,complications at 1 week and 3 weeks of giving the drug.
