入选标准
- •Patients who undergo laparoscopic living donor right hepatectomy for liver transplantation
- •ASA physical status I or II
排除标准
- •ASA physical status III or more
- •Severe impaired coagulation profile (equal or more than INR 1.5 last coagulation test before the surgery)
- •Patients who have unstable coronary disease or congestive heart failure or arrhythmia or cardiomyopathy
- •Patients who have cerebrovascular disease
- •Pathients who have systemic infection or local infection on lumbar
- •Chronic pain patients
- •Patients who don'r understand about study or refuse the study
- •Patients who have history of severe psychological disease
