Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Meet the criteria for diagnosis of stroke and the diagnosis of subluxation of the shoulder joint; aged 40 to 65 years, shoulder VAS score \>\=4 points; first stroke; shoulder subluxation within 6 months after the onset of stroke; Lateral limb dysfunction; stable vital signs, no severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction, and no coagulation dysfunction; agree to this plan and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Previous rotator cuff injury, periarthritis, cervical spondylosis, shoulder joint surgery history and trauma; malignant tumors, quadriplegia, severe speech and cognitive dysfunction; mental illness; obvious other causes of pain, such as Cancer, menopausal syndrome, fractures and post\-stroke depression.
