Inclusion Criteria

A score of at least three was and a score of urgency at least two was needed in OAB symptom group

Exclusion Criteria

Women with urinary tract infections, antibiotic usage within the previous week, pelvic organ prolapse (POP) worse than stage II of POP-Q, and local estrogen treatment use within the last three months were excluded from the study
