- •Patients with madhumegam(type 2 diabetes mellitus). Patients with clinical lab investigation reports(fasting plasma glucose \>\=100 mg/dl , lipid profile) tested within a month.
- •Patients who are willing to participate in the study.

- •Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
- •Patients without clinical lab investigation reports.
