入选标准
- •1. Prostate size of less than 80cc
- •2. ASA I-III
排除标准
- •1. History or evidence of prostate disease other than BPH
- •2. Treatment with any 5 Alpha reductase inhibitors within 12 months
- •3. Treatment with anti-platelets or anti-coagulants in perioperative period
- •4. Severe medical conditions like liver diseases, bleeding disorders and unstable cardiovascular
- •5. Allergy to tranexamic acid.
