入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Unilateral heel pain > 6 weeks
- •2. Has taken conservative treatment with oral analgesics, foot wear modification and physiotherapy modalities for > 4 weeks, with no improvement
- •3. Not undergone previous local injections in the heel
- •4. Accepting for further treatment after the study period if pain persists
- •5. Willing for follow-up
- •6. Normotensive, Normoglycemic patients
排除标准
- •1. Has undergone previous local injections
- •2. Not willing for follow-up
- •3. Patients with other systemic illnesses like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, gout etc
- •4. Local infection in foot
- •5. history of fracture/pathological conditions of foot
