Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Unilateral heel pain \> 6 weeks
  • •2\. Has taken conservative treatment with oral analgesics, foot wear modification and physiotherapy modalities for \> 4 weeks, with no improvement
  • •3\. Not undergone previous local injections in the heel
  • •4\. Accepting for further treatment after the study period if pain persists
  • •5\. Willing for follow\-up
  • •6\. Normotensive, Normoglycemic patients

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Has undergone previous local injections
  • •2\. Not willing for follow\-up
  • •3\. Patients with other systemic illnesses like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, gout etc
  • •4\. Local infection in foot
  • •5\. history of fracture/pathological conditions of foot
