Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Unilateral heel pain \> 6 weeks
- •2\. Has taken conservative treatment with oral analgesics, foot wear modification and physiotherapy modalities for \> 4 weeks, with no improvement
- •3\. Not undergone previous local injections in the heel
- •4\. Accepting for further treatment after the study period if pain persists
- •5\. Willing for follow\-up
- •6\. Normotensive, Normoglycemic patients
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Has undergone previous local injections
- •2\. Not willing for follow\-up
- •3\. Patients with other systemic illnesses like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, gout etc
- •4\. Local infection in foot
- •5\. history of fracture/pathological conditions of foot
